Getting to Zero: Cincinnati World AIDS Day 2014
The UC Department of Emergency Medicine Early Intervention Program (EIP), in conjunction with Cincinnati Regional Advisory Group, IV-Charis, Caracole Inc., Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio, The Central Community Health Board of Hamilton County, Public Allies Cincinnati, and other community stakeholders, will facilitate the celebration and awareness of World AIDS Day (WAD).
Based on the Cincinnati Regional Advisory Group’s purpose, “To evaluate the HIV prevention needs in Hamilton County and to make recommendations that affect HIV prevention efforts in the community,” EIP strives to collaborate with as many stakeholders as possible, and to use this international awareness day in a manner that is engaging and community-focused.
