GCHRA Presents: How To Integrate Cultural Diversity Into Your Workforce
The first half of the event will consist of a panel of sub chamber representatives, each one to give about a 20 minute presentation regarding their thoughts on inclusion in the workplace, and then there will be an interactive discussion (see attached). The second half will focus on providing education regarding work visas and classifications for non- citizens.

Anne Cappel, Executive Director of European-American Chamber of Commerce.
Anne has built her career around her passion for international business and cultural relations. Hailing from France, she has a keen understanding of the cultural and economic intimacies of both Europe and the United States. She is a maestro relationship builder and her endeavors to stimulate business and networking relations between the two continents have earned her transatlantic recognition. In 2011, the French Ambassador to the United States recognized Ms. Cappel’s significant contributions to the French government and its citizens with a formal induction into the French National Order of Merit.
Alfonso Cornejo, President of Cincinnati Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
Alfonso Cornejo is president of AC & Consulting Associates, a Business Consulting firm headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Cornejo has a well- rounded background in all facets of business with particular expertise in Manufacturing and Human Resources. Mr. Cornejo has implemented successfully major change initiatives with a proactive and positive approach in the United States as well as in International locations. His main areas of expertise are business development initiatives in Latin America including the Integration and Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as providing Human Resources support for companies interested in their Hispanic workforce development.
Rayan F. Coutinho, Ph.D., Esq., Representative from the Indian Chamer of Commerce
Dr. Rayan F. Coutinho is a business and corporate lawyer. For over 10 years, he has successfully counseled clients on commercial, transactional and contractual matters involving technology and intellectual property, particularly in the information technology, manufacturing and brand design industries. With his broad educational background (Ph.D. in Engineering and J.D. in Law), his significant experience, and working knowledge of technology, Rayan has a unique combination of skills to counsel clients across a wide spectrum of legal issues. Rayan provides pragmatic legal and business advice to enable his clients to meet their business objectives in today's increasingly complex business and technology environments.

Maria Schneider, Esq., Attorney at Musillo Unkenholt
Maria T. Schneider is an Attorney with Musillo Unkenholt (MU). Maria’s practice includes both business and family-based immigration. Prior to joining MU, Maria was an International Services Advisor at the University of Cincinnati, where she advised students, scholars and faculty coming from abroad to study and work at UC. Maria is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association (CBA). She founded and chairs the CBA’s Immigration Law Committee.
