1.-TACOS BAJA
Corn tortilla, weathered fish, pickled red cabbage, pico de gallo, chipotle dressing, lime cream, and shriracha dressing.
2.-FILETE CULICHI
Grilled fish with cream cheese, spinach and nuts. Cheese sauce, with spicy cilantro, rice and assorted veggies.
3.-TORTA AHOGADA
Traditional Mexican Torta bread with beans, carnitas, pickled onions and spicy sauce on the side. (Normally, you cover the Torta with the sauce).
4.-TAMALES KUIKIS
Two pork tamales covered with mole, pickled cauliflower, corn, radish, and cilantro, served with mashed sweet potato.
5.-BIRRIA CONSTRUCTION
Grilled cheese (costra de queso), birria, onions, cilantro, cabbage, chimichurri, avocado cream & corn tortillas.
6.-MUSHROOM STREET TACOS
Three grilled mushroom tacos, corn tortilla, onions, cilantro, lime and guacamole.
