LUNCH MENU OPTIONS: 

1. BURRITO BIRRIA
   Homemade birria, flour tortilla, cheese, rice, beans, onions, cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, consomé, and fries.
    
2. ENCHILADAS DEL RANCHO
   Three beans enchiladas, carne asada on top, ranchero sauce, queso fresco, rice, pickled jalapeños.
    
3. HOT CHEETOS TACOS
   3 tacos, flour tortilla, costra de queso, camaron costa azul (shrimp covered with bacon), cabbage, pico de gallo, chipotle dressing, lime crema, serrano sauce, hot cheetos crumbs.
    
4. BURRITO VEGGIE “EL MEXA”
   Flour tortilla, black beans, corn, cheese, rice, sour cream, mushrooms, zucchini, onions, and bell peppers, covered with ranchero sauce.
    
5. SHRIMP SALAD
   Seasoned shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumber, and avocado.
