- CHILAQUILES, Homemade chips covered with ranchero sauce, chicken tinga, beans, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo, egg con yema tierna.
- MUCHAS PAPAS, Mexican-style potatoes, onions, mixed peppers, steak strips, sour cream, puré avocado.
- BIRRIA BENEDICT EGGS, Two Eggs over biscuits, birria, one with salsa ranchera & one with salsa verde, pico de gallo, sour cream, cotija cheese, micro cilantro, Mexican style potatoes.
- COCTEL DE CAMARON, Mexican shrimp cocktail, tomato, cucumber, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, hot sauce. (Not spicy)
- AVOCADO TEMPURA TACOS, three tacos, corn tortilla, avocado tempura, pickled carrots, queso fresco, chipotle aioli, micro cilantro, radish.
