•Maureen McDermott, Northpointe Group ◦Maureen’s portfolio of experience covers a lot of ground in the single family and multi-family real estate industry. Specifically, she has created and executed senior independent living dwellings for health care operators; patio, duplex and fourplex ranch condominiums for move down buyers; move up single family homes, in addition to years invested in one-of-a-kind custom estates. Design criteria she incorporated included Outdoor Living concepts, Universal Design and Green Building specifications. Her current projects include repositioning existing communities to align with market trends and rebranding companies for optimum awareness.
•Michael J. Dinn, Dinn Focused Marketing, Inc. ◦Michael J. Dinn, CRE®, founded Dinn Focused Marketing in 2000 as a leader in trusted, confidential residential housing and marketplace analyses. Known throughout the region for his housing market counseling, he has helped redefine the strategic and tactical approaches to housing development, finance and marketing. His work to date has ranged from site-specific market feasibility assessments for national builders and their lenders to new market explorations and modeling for new entrant opportunities or builder acquisitions. He has applied data and market insights to metro foreclosure analyses with national team initiatives. With new inspiration in urban living, Michael has consulted on the market positioning or design of over three dozen high-profile condominium, multi-family or mixed-use projects within urban or near-urban markets.
•Doug Hinger, Great Traditions & D-HAS ◦As Owner of D-HAS Architecture Planning & Design & President of Great Traditions Homes, Doug Hinger has a a long and destinguished career in Cincinnati area real estate. D-HAS is focused on Community Planning and Urban Design and the integration of housing and mixed used projects into neighborhoods.Key disciplines include Strategic Planning, Economic Feasibility and Design/Build. Great Traditions Homes builds lifestyle homes for empty nesters, professionals and urban dwellers. The parent company, Great Traditions Land and Development Company is a leading developer of Master Planned Communities in the Greater Cincinnati area for the last 30 years completing more than 5,000 building sites and 20 major communities.
•Rick Greiwe, Greiwe Development ◦Greiwe Development Group specializes in multi-family and mixed-use projects. The company’s mission is to provide a unique lifestyle experience by locating its residential projects in neighborhoods with a healthy variety of dining, retail, entertainment and recreational amenities. Greiwe Development doubled the number of condominiums in downtown Cincinnati in 2002 by partnering with Miller-Valentine Group to renovate the Polk Building. The 100 year-old structure was transformed into the 114-unit award winning Park Place at Lytle. Greiwe Development is currently partnering with North American Properties on the four-phased Mariemont development consisting of 121 units. Jordan Park was dedicated in 2008 and sold out quickly because of its desirable location and stunning Tudor Revival architecture. Emery Park was completed in October 2011. Nolen Park is currently under construction with completion in November 2013. The final phase will be announced in 2014. The development will extend the Village Square two blocks and follow the spirit of Mary Emery’s plan which has become a model for many of the “new urbanism” concepts being used today.
