On June 6th\, 2024\, 28 Young Professional Black Women will be graduating from the 2nd Cohort of Advance NOW.\n\nIn addition to the graduation\, we are hosting the EmpowerHer Awards\, honoring remarkable African American women in Cincinnati. Keynote speaker City of Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval and opening event speaker Empower GENNOW Network Founder & CEO Renika J.
