DESCRIPTION:Part One: 10 Dimensions of Innovation Culture - 9/8/20\n\nIf you want to improve your organization's innovation capability\, this webinar is for you\, whether you are Big Co or a startup. When you cannot trust previous data and methods you need something else to rely on - Design Thinking. Design thinking is a way to solve problems in the modern world. It enables the innovation team to deal with the uncertainty during the development process by creating structure to the development of the new product\, service or business innovation. Trusting the process even if you do not know what will come out in the end creates resilience towards uncertainty. Design Thinking is real\, and creates action. It focuses on researching\, creating and testing. Design Thinking is about doing\, not just creating fine looking spreadsheets.
