We're proud to premiere a brand-new\, period production featuring sumptuous sets and costumes from acclaimed designer Robert Perdziola (Metropolitan Opera\, Lyric Opera of Chicago\, San Francisco Opera\, Santa Fe Opera).\n\nEvelina Dobraceva\, a soprano with a "gleaming\, focused\, and powerful" (The New York Times) voice\, leads the cast in the title role. Metropolitan Opera regular Marcello Giordani brings his "stunning\, easy top notes" (Opera News) as her ardent lover\, Cavaradossi. The menacing villain Scarpia will be sung by Cincinnati Opera favorite Gordon Hawkins.
