Parent or guardian must be present for those under 18.\n\n\n\nTriHealth also offers many easy-to-access vaccination clinic locations throughout the region. For more information and the latest updates on these options\, visit TriHealth.com/Vaccine.\n\n\n\nWhat You Should Know\n\n\n	Bring your identification and insurance cards. (You will not be charged\, but if you have insurance\, your provider will be billed the cost of the administration.)\n	Stay on-site for at least 15 minutes following your vaccination to be sure you have no adverse reactions.\n	 Minors ages 12-17 who are receiving vaccines must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For safety purposes\, no other children will be allowed at the clinic.
