\n\nPresenter:
\n\nEmma \;Roberts is Senior Director of Capacity Building at the National Harm Reduction Coalition. She has worked in various aspects of community development for 30 years. Emma started in harm reduction in England the mid-'\;90s when the community center she worked at started a syringe exchange program. She moved to New York City in 2008 and ran a mobile syringe service program across the city. She now works with people all over the U.S .and beyond who are committed to expanding harm reduction philosophy and services\, including dismantling the racist war on drugs and treating people who use drugs with the dignity and respect they deserve.
