DESCRIPTION:Professional Education Training - Healing Trauma   \n\n\n\nAs awareness of the impact of trauma grows\, so does our need to address it with our clients. The training will be experiential in nature and will help counselors gain knowledge and skills in treating clients who have experienced trauma and may have symptoms of PTSD.\n\nThere will be both teaching of concepts and learning practical tools and techniques that counselors can apply in their own practices.\n\n \n\nMany times\, as we try to facilitate the healing of others\, our own  losses are stirred. Learning to manage our own feelings is an important part of helping others. This workshop provides a safe environment in which to practice experiential ways of identifying and healing trauma.\n\n\n\nDeadline to register June 20th .  Your registration will not be confirmed without payment.  Workshop is limited to 15 participants.  You must attend both days.
