DESCRIPTION:JAZZ & STUFF\n\nPablo Benavides & Ryan Boldery\nThis duet\, with Pablo Benavides (composer\, piano) and Ryan Boldery (guitar)\, plays a mix between jazz and elements of world music (Jazz and Stuff).    The original music of the band is a combination of jazz with traditional musical elements and instruments from different cultures.   Piano and guitar are featured alongside instruments like the didgeridoo and the quena.\n\n \n\nAbout the artists:\n\nPablo Benavides\, originally from Colombia\, is a well-known musician in our area.   He plays piano and trumpet\, and he is a great music composer.    He will be presenting his own compositions this night.\n\nCurrently\, Pablo works as an adjunct professor at Northern Kentucky University\, where he teaches the NKU Latin Jazz Ensemble\, as well as Jazz Appreciation\, and World Music classes.\n\nPablo also holds the position musical director at Walton Christian Church\, and teaches private piano lessons in the Greater Cincinnati Area.
