\n The EACC&rsquo\;s Operating in Europe series consists of three interactive business seminars that explore opportunities for U.S. companies to maximize the establishment &\; development of their operations in Europe. The highly interactive seminar offers executives and decision maker&rsquo\;s practical information and resources in addition to valuable best practices from their peers at Greater Cincinnati companies.
\n\n The series will kick off on Monday\, September 19th with the topic of buying and divesting companies in Europe. Paul Jantsch\, Vice President International for Cintas will present Cintas&rsquo\; case study in international expansion. More specifically Paul will share his experience in starting and leading Cintas&rsquo\; international expansion since 2008 and present Cintas&rsquo\; approach to strategic market research\, evaluation and decision process on acquiring an existing European company or starting a new company in Europe\, negotiation process and deal structure\, and very importantly the lessons learned along the way.
\n\n The case study will be followed by an interactive Q&\;A session and the seminar will conclude with a summary of key take-a-way&rsquo\;s in Buying and Divesting companies from Harvey Cohen\, Partner at Dinsmore &\; Shohl.
