Join us and discover if this institute is right for you and your team members!\n\nAbout the institute\n\nDesigned for both family and private businesses by Scroggins Grear\, owners\, successors and leadership teams will acquire and practice the skills needed to create a performance-enhancing culture\, or change the behavior that is contributing to a dysfunctional culture. Together\, you will learn how to use new tools such as charters\, councils and communication plans\, to design an action plan.\n\nWhat should you expect at this institute?\n\nSix\, half-day workshops are interactive\, thought-provoking and fun. Exercises are designed to engage adult learners and a limited class size ensures high participation levels from everyone on your team. \n\n\n	 Inspiring Respect\n	 Inspiring Trust\n	 Inspiring Truth: Stop Stinkin' Thinkin' \n	 Inspiring Courage: Dare to Confront \n	 Inspiring Resolve: Manage Conflict\n	 First steps to designing your action plan\n	 A private session with the Scroggins Grear team to begin development of your action plan.\n\n\nHalf-day sessions (7:30 a.m. - Noon) are held biweekly beginning in August and running through October. One private session is scheduled at the convenience of the parties.
