DESCRIPTION:The Kaplan New Works Series opens April 20 and ends April 30. It will be the last chance to celebrate Victoria Morgan's 20th anniversary as Artistic Director of Cincinnati Ballet. Our Ballerina Boss has made it her mission to bring exciting choreographers to Cincinnati to present cutting-edge works in addition to keeping true to Cincinnati Ballet's tradition of offering classical ballet to our audiences.. She has especially embraced female choreographers during her tenure and this production will feature four female choreographers\, including Ms. Morgan herself! These women\, Jennifer Archibald\, Heather Britt\, Annabelle Lopez-Ochoa and Morgan\, have created exciting\, dynamic works that will surely please everyone. Please consider joining us for one last production to show your appreciation for the amazing job Ms. Morgan had done in our city.\n\n \n\nThe Kaplan New Works Series is performed in the intimate Jarson Kaplan Theater at the Aronoff Center for the Arts. Because this theater is small the performances sell out quickly. The Friday and Saturday evening performances are already almost full. Should you decide to get a group of 10 or more together I can offer you a $5 discount on your tickets. You would need to call me to arrange this and it could not be for one of the Friday or Saturday evening shows.\n\n \n\nWe would love to have every performance sold out with fans of Cincinnati Ballet and Victoria Morgan-let's show her how much we appreciate all she has done for Cincinnati Ballet!
