DESCRIPTION:This YWCA led workshop introduces the concept of implicit bias and builds awareness for participants around racial equity and how implicit bias impacts us at a personal\, interpersonal\, institutional\, and systemic level. Your workshop facilitators will be Phyliss Flanagan who serves as the Equity Coordinator at YWCA and Kristi Rohrkasse who serves as the coordinator of the Rising Stars Leadership Program at YWCA. This workshop is highly interactive and we look forward to your valued participation. \n\n\n\nPresenters:\nPhyliss Flanagan-Cox\n\nPhyliss' focus is self-awareness and community empowerment.
