Darrin is also the author of Corporate Bravery\, a book about creating organizational cultures free of fear. Darrin has 15 years of corporate experience where he led teams at organizations such as Arthur Andersen\, Fifth Third Bank and The Munich Re Group. \n\nWhayne Herriford\n\nWhayne Herriford is a practicing mental health therapist\, practicing in Kentucky and Ohio.  He recently retired as a Human Resources executive with over 35 years of leadership and executive experience in a variety of organizations including Hewlett Packard Company\, Stanford University\, Dignity Healthcare and most recently KnowledgeWorks Foundation. He holds the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications as well as a number of other training and organizational development certifications.   He is a Certified Diversity Executive and consults locally with organizations on DEI related projects\, including recent work with the Cincinnati Chamber on the Room at the Table initiative.  He has an MS in Clinical Mental Health from Northern Kentucky University\, an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in education from Antioch College.
