2015 Ohio Latino Education Summit "Milestones for Success"
The 2015 Ohio Latino Education Summit is geared specifically toward equipping educators, counselors, administrators, and community leaders with the tools they’ll require to best serve Ohio’s Latino students. It will provide practical training through the presentation of best practices as well as through keynote presentations from leading national experts in Latino educational achievement [Guest Speakers]. The Summit will continue to create networks and community coalitions that will pursue expanded opportunities for Latino students year-round. By bringing our school administrators, teachers, parents, policymakers and key agencies together, we will foster dialogue about methods that will continue to keep our Latino students achieving those educational milestones for success. Please join the Ohio Commission for Hispanic and Latino Affairs and The University of Akron at the 2015 Ohio Latino Education Summit: Milestones for Success.
