Fall 2026 Nonprofit Workshop Series - Strategic Planning
Your strategic plan is the solid foundation of your nonprofit. This live and in-person event will examine when to develop your strategic plan (now!), and the key steps in the process. Benefits of strategic planning are huge for your nonprofit. Discuss and examine when it is appropriate to develop the plan, the steps in the strategic planning process, the methodology for monitoring the implementation of the plan, and how to take corrective actions when appropriate.
