Parking Instructions

First-Time Users

• Pull into the facility, park, and register using the QR codes located inside. If needed, take a photo of your license plate and proceed inside
• Scan the validated QR code after parking but before leaving
• Follow the on-screen steps to complete vehicle registration (name, phone, email, license plate, and credit card—card will not be charged after validation)
• Once completed, you will see a green pop-up confirming “validation claimed”
• You may exit at any time at no charge

Returning Users

• Park your vehicle
• Scan the HCCUSA QR code after parking but before leaving
• Confirm you see the green pop-up stating “discount claimed”
• You may exit at any time at no charge
