YWCA - “Y Freedom Ain’t Free” Livestream Panel Discussion
Noon - 1 p.m.
Join the YWCA of Cincinnati and other members of the community, including Christopher Miller, Senior Director of Community Engagement and Education, for a conversation carving out the background of Juneteenth, clarifying a connection of historical oppression to that of today and emphasizing the progression of different liberation movements. The panel will also delve into the cost of liberation and the need for our society to move beyond equity and justice.

Join us at the 3rd annual Juneteenth flag raising. Freedom Center President & COO Woodrow Keown Jr., will be speaking to help commemorate the nation’s newest federal holiday.

Come down and enjoy a variety of programming and activities sure to cater to a wide range of individuals and families. There will be a dedicated artist zone, family zone as well as entrepreneurial and networking activities.
