Learning through Play - Cincinnati Museum
At Cincinnati Museum Center, we know that open-ended, hands-on play is crucial to your child’s growth and development. That’s why we bring together the region's best childhood development experts every year. The American Alliance of Museums recognized the Learning Through Play Conference as a national model of community engagement with parents, families and educators alike.
Because it is important for both educators and families to understand how children learn through play, we are hosting a Learning Through Play weekend in March 2016! March 12 will focus on educators and provide opportunities for teachers to discover ways to include play as part of their curricula and to earn Ohio and Kentucky early childhood training hours. March 13 is a day dedicated to families and will host sessions and activities for families to experience the joy and benefit of playing together.
