Get a Photo ID
The Metropolitan Area Religious Coalition of Cincinnati (MARCC) community identification (ID) card will improve the potential for individuals to be recognized and provided with equal protection and due process under the law and receive governmental services in Cincinnati. The MARCC ID card is for any resident who may have limited access to government issued forms of identification.
What it is..
Recognized as a valid form of identification within the city of Cincinnati by police officers and city agencies except where state and/or federal law requires another form of identification
What it isn't...
A replacement for a driver’s license or state ID card
A card that provides the right to vote in elections
The MARCC ID card was created to support a safer, more inclusive and welcoming community. It’s distributed monthly by Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio on behalf of MARCC. The cards may be renewed annually.
How to Get a MARCC ID Card
Residents seeking to obtain the MARCC ID card need to provide the following information:

Photo identification such as an expired driver’s license, national ID card, passport, matricula consular or other embassy ID.

Proof of residency (utility bill, current rent agreement, medical record, bank statement) with current address.

$15.00 (cash).
Catholic Charities is hosting a MARCC ID day on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Woodward High School, 7005 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45237. Doors open at 9 a.m. Applicants must attend a mandatory orientation at 9:30 am. The second orientation will be at 1:00 pm.
What to Expect:

Wait patiently in line until the doors open. You will receive a number of necessary documents.

Listen to the mandatory orientation, where you will learn about the benefits and limitations of the MARCC ID card and then engage in valuable dialogue with law enforcement and other community partners.

Your existing photo identification and proof of residency will be reviewed and entered while your picture is taken. Documents will be returned to you.

The MARCC ID card will be reviewed, printed and mailed to your current address within two weeks.

All information will be retained by Catholic Charities.

La identificación comunitaria de La Coalición Religiosa Metropolitana del Área de Cincinnati mejorará el potencial de los individuos de ser reconocidos y proveerá igual protección y debido proceso bajo la ley, así como facilitará el recibir servicios gubernamentales en Cincinnati. La Identificación MARCC (por sus siglas en inglés) es para cualquier residente que tenga acceso limitado a formas de identificación emitidas por el gobierno.
¿Qué es?...
Reconocida como una forma de identificación válida dentro de la ciudad de Cincinnati por los oficiales de la policía y agencias, excepto cuando la ley federal y estatal requieran otra forma de identificación.
¿Qué no es?
Un reemplazo de una licencia de conducir o un documento de identificación estatal.
Un documento que provee el derecho a voto durante una elección.
El ID MARCC ha sido creado para apoyar una comunidad más segura, cálida e inclusiva. Es distribuida mensualmente al público por Caridades Católicas del Sur Oeste de Ohio a nombre de MARCC. Las tarjetas deben de ser renovadas anualmente.
¿Cómo obtener una tarjeta de identificación MAARC?
Residentes que buscan obtener una tarjeta de identificación MAARC necesitan proveer la siguiente información:

Identificación con foto como una licencia de conducir expirada, una tarjeta de identificación nacional del país de origen, pasaporte, matrícula consular u otro documento emitido por una embajada.

Prueba de residencia dentro de la ciudad de Cincinnati (recibo por utilidades, contrato de renta, historia médica, estado de cuenta bancaria con la dirección actual).

$15.00 (efectivo).
Caridades Católicas estará auspiciando un día de identificación MARCC el día Sábado, 18 de Febrero, del 2017 en la Escuela Secundaria Woodward, 7005 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45237. Las puertas abrirán a las 9:00 am. Tendrán que asistir a una orientación mandatoria a las 9:30 am. La segunda orientación será a las 1:00 pm.
¿Qué esperar?

Esperar pacientemente en línea hasta que las puertas se abran. Ud. recibirá unos formularios para llenar.

Escuchar la orientación obligatoria, en donde Ud. aprenderá sobre los beneficios y limitaciones de la tarjeta de identificación MARCC y luego dialogará con las autoridades y otros asociados comunitarios.

Su identificación con foto actual y prueba de residencia serán verificadas e ingresadas en una base de datos mientras le toman su foto. Sus documentos le serán regresados.

La tarjeta de identificación MARCC será revisada, impresa, y enviada por correo a su dirección actual dentro de un periodo de dos semanas.

Toda información será retenida por Caridades Católicas.
