SEE, TEST & TREAT Day: Cervical & Breast Cancer SCREENINGS & HEALTH FAIR

• NO COST TO YOU! We welcome KY, IN, and OH women to sign up for this event.
• These screening appointments are for women who do NOT have insurance.

Pap Smear (cervical cancer screening test): same day results

• Ages 21 – 65
• Your last Pap smear test must have been 3 or more years ago.
• No abnormal Pap smear results in the past or “female” cancer
• No current “female problems”
• Attend our Health Fair and get education while you wait for your results!

Mammogram (breast cancer screening test): results in 4 to 7 days

• Ages 40 to 74
• 1 year or longer since your last mammogram.
• No current breast problems or breast cancer
• Women ages 35 to 39 can have an early mammogram (“baseline”) one time.

NO COST Health Fair & Connections to Care

• Healthy living information and ideas. *Family and children are welcome!
• Local resources for education, support
• Connections for any follow-up care
• Learn about health insurance plans & no-cost health screening programs (if eligible).
• Free Parking. Thanks to our generous CAP Foundation grant, help with transportation may be available for those who need it.

Appointments required. APPOINTMENT scheduling will begin in August.
