Teaching practical tools for recovery
Teaching practical tools for recovery
Contribution Training (CT) has its roots in Gestalt Therapy, Victor Frankl's Logotherapy and the work of David Pellin. CT teaches people how to use the energy of their emotions therapeutically, even the difficult emotions, to make contributions. We get our needs met through these contributions and feel our life has meaning in our relationships and the wider community and world in which we live.
