Wednesday Workshop: Business Resiliency Panel Discussion
Wednesday Workshop: Business Resiliency Panel Discussion
This workshop focuses on identifying key principles of business continuity and resiliency through planning, legal, and financial aspects. While we cannot change the current state of the world and our economy, we can be better prepared for the future. We'll discuss how to analyze your business' vulnerable areas including: what policies should you consider revising, how to mitigate disruption in service, what you should revise and look out for in future contract, and understanding cash flow in crisis. The goal of the workshop is to give you tools to set you on the path to recovery.
The workshop is geared towards women-identifying business professionals and entrepreneurs who are wanting to look at their business through a critical lens in order to build effective strategies to create more resilient practices for their business' long-term health post COVID-19 crisis. Join the Wednesday Workshop, a series devoted to relevant and strategic topics that enhance professional development and organizational leadership within women-owned businesses and entrepreneurs. This event is FREE and part of 1628 LTD's Women Empowered program. WE unites leaders in business through education and community.
