Job Summary:
Assistant for Administrative Services will be responsible for supporting the daily operations for the Office of the Provost, including support of two associate provosts and maintaining the administrative operations of University Senate.

Duties/Physical Demands:
The Assistant for Administrative Services will serve as recording secretary for University Senate, coordinating University Senate and University Senate Executive Committee activities, including: scheduling guests; finalizing and distribution of agendas, minutes, and reports, maintaining University Senate website, and other duties as needed; serve as Agreements Routing Manager for University Non-Financial partnerships agreements; may need to attend off-campus meetings or secure supplies for events; and fulfills other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or an Associate degree and six years of relevant experience or at least ten years of relevant experience. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis and proficient technological skills.

Position not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.

Desired Qualifications:
Consideration may be given to candidates with proven writing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
