Title: Associate Consultant, Rewards (MS Access Data Analyst)
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Bolton has a 40-year history of consulting to clients in the Public and Corporate Sectors, Nonprofit Organizations, as well as for the Federal Government. Bolton Rewards helps clients build and optimize their people resources through their reward strategy, compensation program design and rewards communication. We are currently looking to add a talented and motivated professional to our Rewards practice as an Associate Consultant working with project leaders to meet project demands and complete several important projects and tasks:

  • Perform market sector and financial research
  • Collect, clean, compile, and analyze employee, job, market and other research data
  • Source research materials and compensation surveys
  • Develop cash compensation market rates – market benchmarking
  • Model of various types of base pay programs and pay structures
  • Draft and customize pre-existing exhibits and reports using Microsoft Excel and Access (SQL)
  • Participate as needed in client delivery meetings
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
  • At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, information technology, finance, public administration, or related field.
  • Previous compensation experience is not required but must be proficient in electronic data gathering, cleaning, and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access required; knowledge of PowerPoint and Word is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and work independently in a professional, deadline-based environment.
  • Communication skills to effectively participate in team-based client delivery projects.
