Job Title: Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor

Job Summary:
Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor (non tenure-track position) to teach undergraduate and graduate courses; advise undergraduate students; and provide service to the profession and university starting in the Fall semester August 2022. 

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering offers undergraduate Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Robotics Engineering. A Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering degree is currently the highest degree offered by the department.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • For appointment as an Assistant Teaching Professor, applicants must have a Ph.D in electrical engineering, computer engineering, robotics engineering, or closely related field by date of appointment.  To be appointed to Associate rank, the candidate must have an established record of high-quality teaching in Electrical, Computer, or Robotics Engineering or closely related field.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Consideration may be given to candidates who have experience in teaching in Electrical, Computer, Robotics Engineering.
