Assistant or Associate Professor to teach educational leadership courses across graduate programs (masters and doctoral level) in the Department of Educational Leadership, maintain an active research agenda; advise and mentor students and supervise dissertations; and provide service to the institution. The appointment will begin in August 2024.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Administration or Policy, or closely related field by date of appointment for appointment to Assistant Professor. For appointment to Associate Professor: Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Administration or Policy or closely related field, a strong research and publication record and evidence of teaching graduate courses in programs offered by the department.
Desired Qualifications:
- Consideration may be given to candidates with strong teaching experience; candidates with P-12 school leadership experience; ability to chair and serve on doctoral dissertation committees, and to advise and mentor doctoral candidates. Compelling candidates would have research that is centered in questions of equity and social justice issues in schools or other learning environments, a track record of developing and securing grants to support research, and experience with distance learning and online formats.
