Career ConneXions Program Director Role
Over the past 5 years, the Career ConneXions program has become a flagship component of a St. X High School education. We are leading in Cincinnati and the nation at providing a career development program with experiential opportunities ‘Beyond the Classroom’. Alumni, parents, students, and community stakeholders are energized by this program, and recognize it fills a gap in our student’s needed education to prepare them well for life after high school. Other Cincinnati schools recognize the opportunity, and are beginning to copy the program design partially (e.g. Indian Hill, Mason, Lakota, CPS, etc.).

Program Mission Statement: Connect Alumni, parents and friends with St. Xavier students to contribute in their journey as Men for Others by inspiring and educating on fields of study, industry, and career planning.

St. Xavier Vision Statement: At St. Xavier High School, a Catholic school in the Jesuit tradition, we are committed to being the rigorous college preparatory school in greater Cincinnati where exceptional boys from diverse backgrounds transform into academically accomplished men for others who are prepared to discern and successfully carry out God’s plan for their lives and to serve as leaders in our rapidly changing world.
