Job Title: Visiting Faculty - Mathematical & Physical Science
Visiting Faculty to teach courses in developmental mathematics (pre-algebra, algebra, and introductory statistics topics) on a per-course, as needed basis, beginning Fall Semester 2022. Primary academic functions include teaching, guiding, and assessing a diverse set of students in courses designed to prepare for college-level math instruction. Courses may be taught face-to-face or online depending on need. Ability to teach online is limited to specific states. Course assignments are made on a semester basis. This position is a unique opportunity for individuals who are committed to open access education and strong ties to the community.
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education or in a closely related field with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
- This position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
