At United Way of Greater Cincinnati, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Project Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and driving impactful outcomes that resonate with our community.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement project plans for marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, community outreach events, paid and earned media, direct mail campaigns, video production, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs, assess project risks, and provide solutions-oriented updates.
  • Drive efficiencies within the Marketing department by optimizing processes and leveraging technology.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Assess the Marketing team’s capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution, identifying potential resource gaps or bottlenecks to escalate as needed.
  • Support coordination of vendor partnerships, ensuring compliance with contracts and alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of project management experience in a marketing context, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute against competing priorities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and strategically.

Job Grade: 11
Salary starting $60,000, plus competitive benefits package
