DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
2nd Shift Production Worker
Starting Pay $19.83
Shift Premium $.80 an hour for off shifts
Eligible for vacation upon hire date

Production Worker Benefits:

  • Paid Weekly
  • $1,000 Sign-on Bonus
  • Incentive Bonus up to $300 per month
  • 11 paid holidays and paid vacation upon hire

Must be available to the following work schedule plus overtime:
  • Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30pm – 10:30pm
  • Must be available to work off-shifts which includes overtime and weekends.
Production Worker Responsibilities:
  • Set-up, operate and monitor machinery
  • Use hands or hand tools to make machine adjustments
  • Use hoists and cranes. Operate computers and printers
  • Perform routine quality checks and inspect material
  • Use platform truck, fork truck or other material handling equipment to move, store and deliver material
  • General cleaning including routine janitorial duties
  • Perform other incidental duties as required

Shift Premium between $.90 an hour for off shifts

  • Must be available to work off-shifts which includes overtime and weekends.

Production Worker Qualifications for both shifts:

  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends a must
  • Physical Requirements include lifting up to 25 lbs. or more
  • Requires frequent to constant standing throughout the day
  • Frequent reaching, pulling and pushing
  • Must be able to complete required Mobile Equipment certification
