Job Description:
BBB is looking for an enthusiastic, self-sufficient Marketing team member whose primary responsibility is to assist with the development and production of BBB marketing assets, including email, social media, web design, print collateral, and other media. The ideal candidate would use creativity to continually develop ways to engage our audience across a service area of twenty counties in Southern Ohio, Southeast Indiana, and Northern Kentucky.

• Develop and produce an array of design content for multiple executions and channels
• Plan content, graphic aspects, and presentation of products and services
• Manage and prioritize design projects both internally and externally
• Demonstrate creative design solutions for both online and offline channels
• Ensure consistency of design
• Provide regular progress reports to management

• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and care
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Apple Keynote and MS PowerPoint
• Some experience with web-based graphics and animations and knowledge of web browsers
• Strong writing and excellent proofreading skills
• The ability to be a team contributor and collaborate with others on a regular basis

• Open-minded
• In-Progress Degree/Educational training in graphic design, web design or similar field

• Ability to create and present data professionally
• Knowledge of Google Suite, and ability to learn BBB's business databases
• Demonstrate time management and organizational skills
• A valid driver's license and proven safe driving record
• Ability to represent BBB's mission and brand positively to the public
