OUR MISSION
Co-op Cincy creates an economy that works for all — that supports family-sustaining jobs, provides business ownership opportunities for underserved and historically marginalized people, and is accountable to the communities that drive it.

CREATING JOBS
Our work is inspired by Mondragon, the largest and most successful cooperative network in the world. In bringing Mondragon’s resilient model to Cincinnati, we are developing an integrated network of community-driven, worker-owned businesses that will grow the economy and develop wealth from the ground up.

Our team is working to support and launch worker-owned businesses across the region.

We are actively seeking established businesses that wish to transition to worker ownership, as well as assisting motivated individuals in launching new cooperative businesses, and offering business consulting to existing co-ops.
