About Us

Cincinnati’s premier provider of services to children and adults with developmental disabilities – and their families.
We started out nearly six decades ago as the “Resident Home for the Mentally Retarded,” but “envisioning” is deeply embedded in our organization’s DNA. The founders – who launched a residential school on Cincinnati’s west side in 1963 – envisioned a bright and vibrant future for their children. Today’s leaders continue to cast a vision and craft innovative programs to improve community inclusion and quality of life for more than 600 individuals residing in Hamilton, Butler, Clermont and Warren counties.
