About Us
We educate Ohioans about medical identity theft and fraud, helping to empower Medicare beneficiaries and their families across Ohio. Anyone age 60 or over in Ohio may call for a phone appointment with an attorney on our Legal Helpline. In Southwest Ohio, if you are choosing or have concerns about a nursing home, assisted living, or other ongoing care, our Long-Term Care Ombudsman team can answer your questions and provide objective information. Translators are available upon request.
