Pro BLINK tip: you have to take time to recharge! Luckily, beginning tomorrow, the Schmidlapp Lawn is your mindfulness headquarters thanks to the Cincinnati Parks Foundation. Starting at 1PM, the Osher Center for Integrative Health at the University of Cincinnati is offering 30-minute classes every hour, including yoga, tai chi, and movement. At 5PM, a drum circle takes over the space, followed by a nightly outdoor disco from 7 to 11PM. After a day of wellness and community connection, you’ll be rejuvenated and ready to continue exploring our vibrant, glowing city!
