Beloved Taco Spot and Historic Cemetery Collaborate to Bring “Day of the Dead” to Covington for the First Time!

COVINGTON, KY – OLLA Taqueria, in collaboration with the Historic Linden Grove Cemetery & Arboretum and the Residents of Westside, is thrilled to invite you to a colorful and cultural celebration of Dia de los Muertos on Saturday, October 28th, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This event promises to be an unforgettable experience filled with food, drinks, live music, traditional folklorico dance, face painting, wagon rides, and much more. Best of all, admission is free for all to attend! 

Dia de los Muertos, also known as the Day of the Dead, is a traditional Mexican holiday that celebrates and honors the memory of departed loved ones. It is a time for reflection, remembrance, and festivity, and this community event aims to bring the spirit of this rich tradition on a larger scale for the very first time to Covington.

Date: Saturday, October 28th Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Location: Historic Linden Grove Cemetery & Arboretum Outside Main Entrance on 401 W 13th Street, Covington, KY 

Activities and highlights of the event include:
