Carew Tower Apartment Conversion Project- Paric Bid Notice

PARIC is requesting bids for the renovation of the Carew Tower Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. The project consists of an office to apartment building conversion including, but not limited to, significant mechanical plant modifications, structural work, and various building system upgrades. The anticipated start date is October 27, 2025. The project has been broken into several phases due to size and complexity as well as to prepare for the primary build out. Proposals are due on Friday, May 30th, at 2:00PM, by email to gwhitson@paric.com or bids@paric.com.

A pre-bid meeting and walk-through is scheduled for Tuesday, May 13th, at 3:00pm. The meeting will begin at the east entrance to the building, on Vine Street.

This is a tax-exempt project.

The anticipated construction start date is October 27th, 2025.

The diversity goals for this project are 25% MBE, 7% WBE, and 30% SBE This building is a NPS historically registered building. Several building components and elements are considered to be historically significant and must be protected and maintained.

In the event of discrepancies between the plans and/or specifications, the more stringent requirement shall be followed unless otherwise clarified in writing by the Owner or Architect.

All requests and questions will be received until Friday, May 16. After that time, no requests for clarifications or questions will be accepted. No questions or requests are to be made directly to the Architect, Engineer, or the Owner.
