Cincinnati (January 26, 2026) - Dos Hermanos, a beloved Columbus-based Mexican restaurant chain, is celebrating the grand opening of its very first Cincinnati location at 1819 Elm Street just across from Historic Findlay Market. Dos Hermanos is joining the Market District as a long-term resident of the Findlay Launch program as they pilot a full-service restaurant. All are welcome to attend the grand opening celebration as we welcome Dos Hermanos into the Findlay Market District. We’d like to thank Model Group for their support of the 1819 Elm Street space and the Findlay Launch program.

Dos Hermanos serves up authentic Oaxacan food and are best known for their bestselling Mexican street tacos and traditional banana leaf tamales. Beginning with just one food truck, Dos Hermanos has grown significantly to include a fleet of food trucks, several quick service locations in Columbus and Athens, and a catering program. Their grand opening on Elm Street marks their first location in Cincinnati as well as their first full-service location.

About Findlay Launch
Findlay Launch is a food-focused Storefront Accelerator, located in the Findlay Market District of Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the first of its kind in our region, with a specific focus on giving real time experience to food-related retail and restaurant concepts. This residency-based program provides mentorship, industry connections, and a minimum of 15 months in a fully built-out storefront.

Grounded in principles of inclusivity, the program seeks to ensure that all entrepreneurs benefit, with added emphasis on reducing systemic barriers for historically marginalized communities. It is an immersive program designed to give entrepreneurs the space and support to scale up their concept—or quickly recognize when it's time to pivot.
