HCCUSA Appoints Pamela Rincones as First Executive Director

[Cincinnati, OH] — The Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati USA (HCCUSA) is proud to announce the appointment of Pamela Rincones as its first Executive Director, marking a major milestone in the organization’s continued growth and regional impact.

Pam brings extensive leadership experience and a strong record of empowering diverse communities through economic opportunity and innovation. With a distinguished career spanning corporate, nonprofit, and community sectors, Pam’s passion for advocacy and strategic development will help elevate HCCUSA’s mission to support Hispanic businesses across the Greater Cincinnati region.

“We are thrilled to welcome Pam Rincones as our first Executive Director,” said Alfonso Cornejo, President of the HCCUSA Board of Directors. “Her expertise, energy, and deep commitment to advancing Hispanic entrepreneurship will be instrumental as we continue to expand our reach and strengthen our impact.”

In her new role, Pam will lead strategic initiatives, partnerships, and operations aimed at driving growth, advocacy, and visibility for Hispanic-owned businesses across the Greater Cincinnati region.

Pam Rincones brings to this role:

  • Deep Expertise in Inclusive Leadership and Human Capital Strategy: With over three decades of experience advising Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations, she has guided leaders through transformative initiatives to foster inclusive, high-performing cultures.
  • A Track Record of Recognized Impact: As former Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Fifth Third Bank and current consultant with Pope Consulting and Blue Circle Leadership Institute, Pam has led nationally recognized programs to elevate engagement, innovation, and talent development.
  • A Passion for Purpose-Driven Community Engagement: Known for building collaborative partnerships and championing underrepresented voices, Pam brings a visionary approach to unlocking the potential of individuals and teams alike.
