''Save Local'' Campaign to Support Local Businesses

We’re back with more events and promotions to help you Save Local and have some fun this week – whether you’re venturing out or looking to help from home!

Bundle up for Mittenfest at Washington Park this weekend, featuring ten local breweries serving up a variety of craft beers. This is a ticketed event, and your $25 ticket includes three 12-ounce beer pours, a complimentary Coca-Cola product, and a coupon redeemable for a participating taproom. To limit crowd size, tickets must be purchased in advance for a specific timeslot, and they’re going fast! Tickets are sold out for Saturday, so hurry to get your tickets and have a Sunday Funday at Washington Park, complete with propane heaters located throughout the event space to help you warm up. Mittenfest will utilize most of the park to allow for groups to the social distance while enjoying some frosty beers. Purchase your tickets here.

If you’d rather stay cozy inside, stop in at Standard Beer for a great selection of locally crafted beers to take home, or peruse the wine selection at Market Wines at Findlay Market and grab a bottle to go with dinner. Rebel Mettle Brewery offers delivery throughout Hamilton County, and deliveries go out on Saturdays. See the beer-themed bundles available for purchase on their website. For more options, Rhinegeist also offers beer delivery to most of Hamilton County, and you can make your purchase here.Enjoy beers and tasty food delivered by Taft’s Ale House by ordering here.

Celebrate Mardi Gras and “Fat Tuesday” at Cajun restaurant J. Gumbo's, located at 425 Walnut Street. Grab some complimentary Mardi Gras beads and a free bread pudding with any purchase. Take in a jazz-themed performance by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra this weekend with Spirited Riffs, with works by Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Anthony David and Leonard Bernstein, and performed live at Music Hall.
