YWCA reveals 2021 Career Women of Achievement honorees
The YWCA of Greater Cincinnati has unveiled the latest honorees for its annual Career Women of Achievement event.
The nonprofit will commemorate the 42nd anniversary of the program at 7 p.m. April 22 via a broadcast on WCPO-TV.
This year's eight honorees are:
Giovanna Alvarez, director, Su Casa Hispanic Center: Originally an attorney in Peru, Alvarez's team fo 15 employees and up to 120 active volunteers help the region's immigrant population gain access to medical care, social services, legal representation, educational support and obtain assistance navigating the different complexities of the American systems...
