Allison Lopez Scholarship Recipient, Hispanic Chamber of Cincinnati Foundation (2024)

Receiving the HCCUSA Foundation Scholarship has been nothing short of a tremendous assistance in every aspect of her collegiate journey. It has not only enabled her to focus on her academic pursuits by alleviating student expenses, but it has also facilitated her pursuit of opportunities at her university to enhance her leadership and personal development. The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and its community initiatives have profoundly instilled in her the significance of contributing to and uplifting the Hispanic community. Inspired by this, she now serves as an ambassador and mentor for first-generation students at her university, where she endeavors to empower and guide the next generation of leaders. Her volunteer experience was also highly meaningful, providing her with the opportunity to contribute and strengthen her sense of community. Allison will be eternally grateful to the Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati Foundation (HAH) for having invested in her education and her future.

Allison is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of Cincinnati.
