Summary: The purpose of this program is to provide expert, high-impact technical assistance to communities to end and prevent entrenched vacancy and property deterioration, including blighted properties, so that all people can live in safe, affordable, resilient, and equitable neighborhoods. Award recipients will be provided with consultation services that include the provision of expert guidance and analysis to government officials and decision makers tailored to the needs of the community.
