2022 Fifth Third Bank Diversity Leadership Symposium

Daisy Auger-Dominguez will be the keynote speaker at The Fifth Third Bank Diversity Leadership Symposium on November 2, 2022, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Duke Energy Convention Center. The event is the largest convening in the Cincinnati region designed for business leaders to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within their workplaces.

Auger-Domínguez is an accomplished executive and dynamic leader widely recognized for her ability to direct organizational transformations on the leading edge of culture. As Chief People Officer at Vice Media Group, Auger-Domínguez manages a global team responsible for people operations, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, corporate facilities, real estate, procurement and ESG. She recently authored her first book, Inclusion Revolution: The Essential Guide to Dismantling Racial Inequity in the Workplace, a practical, inspiring roadmap for building and growing equitable workplaces. Auger-Domínguez approaches racial inequality in the workplace as a problem we can solve. In her book, Inclusion Revolution offers the necessary tools for managers to address issues of race, power, and exclusion, to build change that lasts. Auger-Domínguez began her career at Moody’s Investors Service and has since played an integral part on the leadership teams at The Walt Disney Company, Google, and Viacom. She also founded and led Auger-Domínguez Ventures, a workplace consultancy.
