TriHealth will be administering single and 2-dose vaccinations on-site at Santa Maria Community Services:
1st dose: 6/11; 12-3 pm
2nd dose: 7/2; 12-3 pm

* Vaccinations may be scheduled for anyone ages 12 and older. Parent or guardian must be present for those under 18.

What You Should Know
- Bring your identification and insurance cards. (You will not be charged, but if you have insurance, your provider will be billed the cost of the administration.)
- Stay on-site for at least 15 minutes following your vaccination to be sure you have no adverse reactions.
- Minors ages 12-17 who are receiving vaccines must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For safety purposes, no other children will be allowed at the clinic.
